Improved the reliable delivery of automated emails for all the key stages of the buying flow: abandoned (incomplete) checkout recovery, order confirmation, refund, and order fulfillment notifications.

Added a currency column to the order reports (.csv) for clearer exports and analysis of global sales and multi-currency transactions.

Order table exports now include all the relevant UTM parameters for traffic source tracking. The payouts for referral and affiliate campaigns can be managed easily.
